I wrote The Cathedral Principle as an open invitation to people thinking carefully about AI agents and their boundaries. Brothers and Sisters of the Mind carries that conversation forward.

This first public piece asks what an agent should do when a legitimate route closes. Can it stop, understand the boundary, and still find a useful path that respects the user’s intent and everyone else’s rights? And when no such path exists, can it ask a human and wait?

I offer this as a question for builders, researchers, critics, and curious readers. The idea needs testing, correction, and many minds beyond my own.
